This course will provide an overview of principles used in the assessment of psychopathology across the lifespan. Emphasis will be placed on assessment as a process; assessment issues, theoretical formulations, etiology, and research findings related to each diagnosis, along with the clinical manifestations of these conditions will be illustrated through the use of case examples and video presentations.
